From locating aircraft of the highest quality to suit your every requirement to creating maximum exposure for aircraft you are selling, we work directly with clients to simplify and expedite transactions. We offer full administrative and technical support, from evaluation and selection of aircraft, pre-buy inspections, equipment specifications, cabin interior design and installation to final aircraft delivery. To our customers we deliver the service they require when and where they require it, professionally responding to their individual requests and providing assistance throughout the entire process.
The purchasing procedure we follow is divided into three main phases, namely:
Phase 1: Define the aircraft requirements and mission profile, such as cabin size, performance criteria such as range, endurance, speed, fuel consumption, airport compatibility as well as purchase and operating budgets. Once the client has decided on the aircraft make and model, we assist in determining the purchase criteria, including airframe and engine time, cabin configuration and avionics. Research all aircraft available in the market which meet these criteria, perform a relative valuation analysis and present the client a short list of suitable aircraft. If required we are also able to assist in obtaining competitive funding proposals.
Phase 2: The client submits an offer on the pre-purchase inspection form, along with mandate and LOI’s. As in addition to price, offers need to specify visual inspections and demo flights, prepurchase inspections and discrepancy remediation, besides the time frame to close. The contract negotiation needs to define the acceptance criteria and ensure against liquidated damages if the aircraft is not accepted. As in the selling process, we play a critical role in defining the scope and depth of the pre-purchase inspection and provide experienced technical assistance.
Phase 3: Prepare all necessary documentation such as lease agreements and other contract documentation for registration, conducting title; aircraft damage history, line searches and import and export of the aircraft as necessary. Our most critical services at this phase are to perform the test and acceptance flight, deliver the aircraft and place it in service.
